Chag Sukkot Sameach! Students big and small celebrated Sukkot throughout the week. All students had the opportunity to learn, eat and play in the Sukkah at each campus.

Year 3 and Year 5 students visited Magid Campus where our Year 11 students helped them decorate the sukkah and smell the etrog. At our Dandenong Rd Campus, Junior Kinder students marked Kabbalat Shabbat in the sukkah while Prep students took turns shaking the lulav. Junior School students also went ‘sukkah hopping’, experiencing hospitality in different sukkot around the community. Later in the week we celebrated Simchat Torah with dancing in the sukkah as well as seeing Torah scrolls up close. What a wonderful start to 5786!
