Our sustainable mural at our Dandenong Rd campus

Last year the Sustainability Committee (Year 5 students) Va'ad Echut HaSviva created a beautiful mural out of recycled bottle caps.
The Va'ad collected the bottle caps, designed the mural and helped drill, stick and paint them onto the wall. The mural, titled 'Outcap Sunset' is of an Australian outback sunset and has two koalas sitting on a tree branch.
It is now on display near the tuckshop for all students to enjoy.
The Va'ad really enjoyed creating the sustainable art piece and it is now part of their legacy at King David.
