Alex Cowen impresses at National Mikalot Finals

In Mikolot (‘The Voices’), a national public-speaking competition between Jewish schools, Alex Cowen (Year 10) qualified for the finals which was held earlier today. She placed third which is an incredible achievement. Competing against a very strong group of articulate Jewish students from schools nationally, Alex did herself and the School proud. The judges comments summed it up by saying: "the Jewish people are in good hands with such eloquent, thoughtful and passionate future leaders".Sidra MoshinskyDirector of Jewish Life and Learning
