The King David School is a co-educational progressive Jewish Day School catering for 800 students from Pre-School to VCE. Our VCE students rank in the top 5% of the State. The King David School is seeking an inspiring classroom practitioner who is enthusiastic, innovative and experienced to coordinate the integration of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) throughout the School, with particular emphasis on the Junior School. We require an educator who will create an engaging learning environment working with both students and teachers, modelling effective digital technology pedagogies and skills.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers in the planning and implementation of IT skills, content and knowledge, in conjunction with the Victorian Curriculum, and provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to build their capacity to effectively use IT skills in the classroom.

This position requires a teacher who has curricular planning experience, is proficient at integrating new technologies, possesses excellent computer literacy, and stays abreast of emerging IT tools and systems.

This is a 0.50 permanent part time position commencing Term 2, 2019.
