Richard Osadchiy - "Sovereignty"

My production consists of a series of conceptualised photographs with the purpose of depicting the absence of freedom in today’s society where surveillance and control from government bodies are at the crux of each individual's private daily life.

The impact I aim to have on the production is to spread awareness and thought experiments where concepts around being watched while in the confines of a private individual space and what information we are being fed is brought to the surface. Through this, the final outcome would be questioning the freedom someone has and to what extent a person has it is where throughout one’s life, governments and media organisations have shaped what we have become today.
