Jasmine Weisberg - "Distracted Mind"

My intention for the photographs is to show how the mind of someone who is experiencing ADHD can look like and to educate about the challenges that can occur in people’s daily lives as a result of this condition. I want the audience to further learn about this topic by understanding and reflecting on the concept as they will be able to sympathise with people that have ADHD as it can affect their personal life in many aspects such as being forgetful, easily distracted, spontaneous daydreaming and unable to think clearly at times.

I intend to normalise ADHD and lessen the stigma around it and make people be more accepted that this is a condition many people have by raising awareness about it and sharing my own story and how ADHD looks like to me. I also hope that people who have the condition would learn to embrace it and not be ashamed of it and not make ADHD seem like a scary concept.
