The Years 6 to 12 Inter-House Swimming Gala was a riot of house spirit, colour, talent and ruach! Swimmers from each year level participated well and earned their respective house points. Prep to Year 5 Sports Day

Our Prep to 5 Sports Day was held on Monday and it was a fantastic event for students, staff and parents . While the weather threatened, there was no stopping the excitement from all students as they gave it their best. With many weeks of training prior to the event, students competed for valuable House points. Negev once again proved their dominance on the athletics field. The final results were:

Two Championships in two days!

Our Years 8/9 girls netball team returned to school today as champions! This was the second championship won by King David this week as yesterday our Senior boys basketball team won their Grand Final match. In a heart stopping 25-23 win over Alphington Grammar, the netball match was close from the start, with a 4 point margin separating the teams throughout the match. Year 7 Boys Indoor Cricket Stars

This week our Year 9 boys represented King David in the EISM Indoor Cricket Carnival. Throughout the day KDS competed in a 5 game round robin system followed by finals. The boys were unsure what to expect however they were confident after 3 training sessions with coach Ari.

Sporting Teams on a Roll!

Just when we thought our sporting winning streak had ended, our Year 8/9 Boys Basketball won their THIRD successive basketball championship in the EISM. The final game was a classic encounter playing against Bialik. Bialik did all they could which included bringing their entire Year 8/9 cohort to Orrong Romanis. Our Students Excel on Snow Camp and Snowsports Competitions

Our inaugural inter-year-level Ski Camp was a great experience for the students who participated. The snow has been rated the best at Buller in two decades. It was a treat to go on runs which were rarely open. Year 6 student Jason recalled that “it was the best day of my life”.
