All applicants are required to complete an Application for Enrolment Form and pay a $100 Application Fee. Once this has been received your child will be added to our waitlist for the nominated year level and year of entry. You can change or update these details at any time by contacting the Admissions Department on (03) 9527 0102.
Requirements of the enrolment application:
- Completed Application for Enrolment Form (all sections of the form must be completed in full for each child)
- Payment of a non-refundable $100 Application Fee
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate/extract or proof of permanent residency status if not an Australian Citizen.
Once all requirements have been received, you will receive a letter acknowledging your application and confirming your place on the waiting list along with the Application Fee receipt.
